1. How do I change the currency?
Our website automatically detects your location and displays the appropriate currency. You can also manually select your preferred currency using the currency selector at the top of the page.
2. Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was declined, here are the most common reasons and fixes:

3. I didn't receive a confirmation email — what now?

4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to meet our fast shipping promise. You can request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that window, we cannot guarantee changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal Express is our fastest & most secure option — no need to enter card details manually.
6. Is my payment information secure?
